Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

Once an order is placed, Nuvalli takes 1 - 3 working days to process the order. During the week it typically takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed, it is shipped and delivery takes an average of 5-7 working days.

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. Please note that our goods are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Nuvalli is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your cart by clicking on the black "Add to cart" button.

It is important to check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Checkout" box. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all the information is accurate. Once this information is entered correctly, click the "Continue shipping" button.

On the "Submit" page, you will have the opportunity to review the address information you have entered. Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, Nuvalli always covers the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" box.

In the payment options, you have the choice between different payment methods. At Nuvalli, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.
